We know we should: get more sleep, drink more water, stay off our screens and figure out how to find time to meditate.

Self care really isn't another thing to do, it's a way of leveraging our life to be able to be more creative, more joyful and more full of vitality.

You're going to hear from me every other day in your inbox. 

This means that you're not having to try the tools in a rushed and hurried way, you have an every other day breather to implement the tools.

 This also means, you are not falling off the wagon. 

If you didn't have that 5-7 minutes to engage in the tool that I sent you, you're going to have 3 different touch points where I'm going live with you, answering questions, troubleshooting where you're feeling stuck and just relating to other woman who are going through the same things. 

This course is not about hours and hours of background research where you have to dig through pages of PDFs to find something applicable. I lead with what works. We do a variety of different calming tools. 

You ARE going to find stuff that you enjoy, which is going to make all the difference.

Live calls will be October 3 at 4:30pm (MST), October 24 and November 7 at 1 pm MST (AZ). If you can't make it live, you will receive the call recordings.

I had a difficult entry into motherhood....

After 24 hours of natural labor, followed by an emergency (traumatic) caesearean section that I cried my way through...I had a healthy, beautiful baby boy.

The thing was, no one ever teaches you how to care for yourself when you have a new baby. I depleted myself to my very core, until I had nothing left to give. I experienced firsthand the lows of postpartum depression, lack of sleep (for 4 years), being a full time working mom and the sole earner for our family. It was then that reaIized, I HAD to prioritize my self care to be the mom my son needed. 

It became the way I lived my life. 

A glass of warm lemon water in the morning.

A gentle movement practice to start my day. 

Going outside as soon as I woke up to adjust my body to a regular sleep cycle.

These tiny little action steps started to fill my depleted self back up again. I started to see more JOY in each day and prioritized the way I took care of myself to be the anchor my son needed.

About Amisha

Hi! I'm Amisha and I am passionate about working with women to help them find deep reservoirs of resilience, revitalizing energy, creating a lens of gratitude and increasing the capacity to handle life stressors. 

Now, I help women prioritize what they need to live the lives that they envision. I work with women in groups (like this course) and one on one to solve individualized concerns. 

What's my background you may be wondering? I have been an Integrative Physical Therapist for over 19 years with Residency and Fellowship training in Orthopedics and Manual Therapy. I've been professionally trained in multiple movement philosophies including Pilates, Barre and Professional Yoga Therapy. I am trained as a Women's Wellness Coach through the Integrative Women's Health Institute which is the only internationally certified coaching program specifically for women in the world. I am also certified through Well Grounded Life as a women's educator. 

I know the body from the inside out and am thrilled to work with you!

Q: What if I can't attend the calls live? 

A: All of the calls will be recorded and emailed to you. You can ask questions ahead of time via email or the facebook group 

Q: What if I can't keep up with the self-care tools? 

A: You will have lifetime access course and can move through it at your own pace. You can revisit the course at anytime and try the tools again and again. You will also be invited to join the calls each time the guided course runs.
